AKMAX MOLLE Medium 50L Internal Frame Rucksack

An AKMAX-developed comfort-oriented adaptation of our MOLLE Medium Rucksack platform. This version retains the established medium-pack structure and modular MOLLE/PALS capability, while replacing the external frame arrangement with an internal support system and a softer, body-contact back panel.

Design Origin: AKMAX Internal-Frame Adaptation

The original MOLLE Medium concept uses an external load-support arrangement. AKMAX developed this 50L-class version for users who prefer a closer, softer and less externally rigid carry profile. The principal redesign is concentrated in the suspension area: internal support, cushioned body-contact zones and a ventilated padded back panel replace the external frame configuration.

The bag architecture and modular field-carry purpose remain aligned with the AKMAX MOLLE Medium family. This is an AKMAX commercial redesign, not an original government-issue internal-frame model and not a claim of military adoption or compliance with a particular government contract specification.

Equipment Lineage: MOLLE Load-Carrying Systems

The U.S. Army’s Modular Lightweight Load-Carrying Equipment (MOLLE) concept organizes rucksacks, assault packs, hydration equipment and compatible pouches into configurable load-carriage systems.

Key Configuration

  • 50L-class modular pack: medium-capacity platform for training, outdoor, travel and organized field loads.
  • Internal support system: provides structure without an exposed external frame.
  • Cushioned contact areas: padded back and shoulder interfaces are intended to provide a softer, closer-to-body carry feel.
  • Ventilated back construction: shaped padding and airflow channels help reduce continuous fabric contact across the back.
  • MOLLE/PALS webbing: accepts compatible utility and mission-specific pouches.
  • Available colors: Multi-Terrain Camo, Olive Drab and Black, subject to stock.

Included / Not Included

Included: one 50L-class internal-frame rucksack with integrated padded back system and adjustable shoulder straps in the selected color.

Not included unless stated in the quotation: external frame, detachable sustainment pouches, hydration bladder, rain cover, sleeping system and other compatible accessories.

Fit, Performance & Procurement Control

Comfort and ventilation are user- and load-dependent. Capacity is a commercial nominal class. Fabric, internal support material, padding, webbing, buckles, dimensions, water resistance and load performance must be confirmed against the selected variant, approved sample, bill of materials and agreed test method before bulk procurement.

B2B, Wholesale & Project Orders

AKMAX supports samples, small-batch standard configurations, distributor orders and project procurement. Approved customization may include fabric, color, webbing, hardware, labels, packaging and inspection requirements while retaining this established internal-frame product structure.

Submit a B2B Project Inquiry with required color, quantity, destination, delivery schedule and requested configuration.
