Akmax designs and manufactures packs for the job that needs to get done, supporting customers who rely on our packs to get home at the end of the day. We will happily offer replacement for issues with materials or craftsmanship by a manufacturer warranty for a 6 months period from the date of purchase no charge.


WARRANTY PROCEDURE:
1. Please submit your claim with photos (something broken or missing) and order number via e-mail(akmaxoutdoor@gmail.com).
2. Once Akmax receives your message, we evaluate for warranty issues within 1-3 working days. Any warranty issues are fixed at no cost to you and shipping is covered by Akmax.
3. After evaluate, we will contact you for your address, phone number, and re-send for you.
4. Once confirming the receipt information, the new tracking number will be notified via e-mail within 2 working days.

What kind of broken can a claim be made?
When the pack accessories are missing, or the accessories are broken, caused the backpack cannot be used normally (including the broken back frame, shoulder straps and belt), you can submit your claim via e-mail.

What do I need to provide when sending a message?
Requires a photo of the broken and your order number.

Do I need to pay extra?
For a 6 months period from the date of purchase no charge.
