We offer to our customers a 30- day returns policy. Please kindly notify us the reasons why you want to return/exchange your product. All returns/exchanges must first be approved by our customer service team.
Please notice: we can only accepting returns/exchanges that meet certain conditions.
1. Return&Exchange Conditions
Items must be returned/exchanged unworn(without peculiar smell or parfum), unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Products that do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered for return/exchange(we reserve the right to deny your refund.).

- All returned merchandise must be purchased from Akmax.shop and returned within 30 days of date of purchase.
- The customer is responsible for all return/exchange shipment/freight charges. For product returns/exchnages that are not a result of a Akmax error, you will need ship the item at your own expense. All items should be RETURNED TO the ADRESS our customer service told you.
- We are responsible for all return/exchange shipment/freight charges if you return an item as a result of a Akmax error (eg.You recieved the wrong item,etc.). Please contact our customer service team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will reply your e-mail and resolve the problem as soon as possible.
- We will refund you within 3 business days after we receivied the item (if it meets our criteria).
- We DO NOT accept packages that are shipped COD or freight collect.
