We always want to meet our customers’ needs all the time. At Akmax we hope you would be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may wish to make a return.

We offer to our customers a 30-day UNCONDITIONAL FREE RETURN policy. That is, from the date you purchased your product, if you are not satisfied with the item, please kindly tell us, we will do it for you and pay the shipping fee.

Attention:

  1. You have a max of 30days to make returns. You must send back your return packages within 30 days after the purchase date.
  2. Shipping is free on your 1st return for any order. You must use the shipping label we provide then send back the package within 30 days from the purchase date.
  3. Please DO NOT send your return to the sender’s address on your package. This is NOT the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
  4. We will check the status of the return item. If your return item arrives without the bag or bow, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund. So please keep the product in a resellable condition with all packaging and labels intact.
  5. Please make sure you don’t include non-AKMAXitems by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.

RUFUND

  1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account.
  2. The original shipping fee are non-refundable.

NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 60 days after your order was first placed.
