Collection: External Pack Frames & ALICE Suspension Systems

Military rucksacks with frames and ALICE suspension systems

This collection covers complete military rucksacks with external frames, replacement pack frames and suspension components for ALICE-style, MOLLE, FILBE and related load-carrying systems. It is intended for buyers comparing complete rucksack systems, complete frame kits and individual replacement components.

Equipment lineage

The U.S. ALICE system—All-Purpose Lightweight Individual Carrying Equipment—was adopted in 1973 and used a serviceable external-frame architecture. Frame, shoulder harness, waist support and rucksack body could be inspected, repaired or replaced as separate parts. Later MOLLE and FILBE systems retained modular load-transfer concepts while using different frame shapes, attachment points and suspension components.

Choose the correct configuration

• Complete rucksack systems: pack body, frame and listed suspension components.
• Complete frame kits: frame plus the shoulder and waist-support components stated on the product page.
• Partial frame kits: only the listed components; some configurations do not include shoulder straps.
• Replacement parts: frames, shoulder harnesses, waist belts, kidney pads and related hardware sold for repair or project assembly.

Products with similar names are not automatically interchangeable. Confirm dimensions, attachment points, webbing routing, hardware and the exact included-component list before procurement.

Wholesale and project supply

AKMAX supports samples, small-volume replacement orders, distributor supply and project quantities. Standard models can be supplied in listed colors and configurations, with limited material, color, marking and packaging customization subject to approved samples and order requirements.

AKMAX products are newly manufactured commercial equipment unless a listing expressly states otherwise. Historical system names describe design lineage or compatibility and do not claim original government issue, military surplus or official adoption.
